00 Introduction
Thank you for considering me! I (Kate Thorp) am excited about the opportunity to collaborate with you. To foster a smooth and productive working relationship, the terms and conditions are outlined below. These guidelines are intended to clearly define our mutual expectations and responsibilities, establishing a solid foundation for our partnership!

02 Edits
I value your input and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product! Each project includes three (3) rounds edits at no additional cost, allowing for adjustments based on your feedback. Any requests for revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. I encourage clear and constructive communication during the editing process to facilitate timely and effective revisions, ensuring that the final design aligns with your vision.
03 PAYMENT
To initiate any project, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total project payment is required. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to the delivery of final files. Payments can be made via bank transfer (credit, debit, or check is fine). Invoices will be provided for all transactions, and payment is expected within seven (7) days of approval. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in our agreement (See 04 FEES below) .
04 FEEs
Additional fees may apply for extra revisions, rush requests, or services not included in the initial invoice. I believe in transparency, so any potential changes to fees will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding. A clear breakdown of costs will be provided in the initial invoice to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
